How to Book

Contact us using the booking form and we will get back to you as soon as possible, within a few hours, letting you know the availabilities and with a detailed quotation. The reservation is confirmed if within 48 hours from our answer we will receive your credit card details as guarantee (holder, number, expiration date), or a deposit of the 20% of the total amount of the stay.

Cancellation, Delays Or Early Departures

In case of cancellation or modification of a reservation already confirmed, the following penalties will be charged:
- Up to 15 days before the reserved date: 0% - From 15 days to the day before the reserved date: 50% of the deposit - The last day: 100% of the deposit

Check-in

Check in is from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. and it is necessary to set an appointment for the delivery of the keys. An extra of 10,00€ will be charged if checking in outside the indicated hours. Upon arrival, the customer must present an identification card for the communication of the personal data to the local public security authorities. At the time that the apartment keys are provided, the customer is expected to give a security deposit that is not subject to interest (the total amount is variable based on the cost of the apartment), which will be returned when the apartment is given back and from which deductions could be made for possible damages to the property. Also the customer needs to pay the balance of the full amount of the rent (or at least the first month).

Check-out

Check out is from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. It is necessary to set an appointment to return the keys and for the check of the apartment.

Minimum Stay

Minum stay is 3 nights.
General information

Pets and smoking

Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited in all apartments.

Number of guests

It is forbidden to exceed the maximum expected number of guests for each apartment

Weekly cleaning and linen change

Upon arrival the customer will be informed about the day of weekly cleaning of the apartment and change of bed linen and towels. The service is provided by and external agency; the property is not liable for any damage to customer objects that are left in dangerous positions. Whasing of the dishes is not included in the weekly cleaning.

Additional apartment cleaning and linen

It is possible to request sets of bed linen and towels, as well as additional apartment cleaning in days to be agreed. These additional services are not included in the apartment’s price and have to be paid separately.

Separate waste collection

Guests are required to observe the procedures for waste disposal set by the Municipality of Bologna. Instructions and accessories for the correct waste disposal are available in each apartment.
OTHER INFORMATION

Car parking

The residence does not have parking places. It’s possible to park near the building in pay-and- display parking spaces located in via Irnerio delimited by blue stripes, or in a secure parking in via Centotrecento or in the multistorey car park in Piazza 8 agosto

Bicycles

The residence has some bicycles available for the guests; in case of interest it is recommended to write it at the time of booking.

Unavailability of the apartments for unpredictable reasons

If the apartment isn’t available for reasons that are unpredictable or do not depend on the will of Mask 51 s.r.l., another apartment with similar or superior characteristics will be offered. In cases of extreme difficulty, Mask 51 s.r.l. has the right to cancel the reservation, reimbursing the entire amount deposited by the customer and the customer will not be able to request compensation of any kind. The acceptance of a substitute apartment cancels any right for possible reimbursement or similar requests of any kind.
